When to Request Remote Support

Remote support may help with:

  • Email or Microsoft 365 issues

  • Software troubleshooting

  • Printer problems

  • Login or password issues

  • Basic network troubleshooting

  • Workstation performance problems

Before the Session

Please make sure:

  • Your computer is powered on

  • You have internet access

  • You can stay near the computer

  • Important work is saved

  • You have submitted or referenced a support ticket

Matrix Computing Technology only connects with your permission. Remote access is used only for troubleshooting and support, and the session ends when support is complete.

How to Request Remote Support

Submit a ticket through the Matrix Helpdesk Portal and include:

  • Your name

  • Company name

  • Phone number

  • Description of the issue

  • Best time to connect remotely

A technician will provide the next steps for the remote session.
