How to Submit a Support Ticket

Matrix Computing Technology provides support through our helpdesk portal to ensure your requests are tracked and resolved efficiently.

Before Submitting a Ticket

Please gather the following information:

  • Your name

  • Company name

  • Contact phone number

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if available)

  • Error messages (if applicable)

How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Open the Matrix Helpdesk Portal.

  2. Select New Ticket.

  3. Enter your contact information.

  4. Describe the issue in detail.

  5. Attach screenshots or supporting files if available.

  6. Submit the ticket.

Priority Levels

Low

General questions and non-urgent requests.

Medium

Business-impacting issues with available workarounds.

High

Significant business disruption affecting productivity.

Critical

Complete outage, security incident, or business-critical service unavailable.

After Submission

You will receive updates through the helpdesk as work progresses. Please reply to ticket updates if additional information is requested.
